Our HERstory Museums exist as a way to educate the public about women athletes and their inspiring stories. We have named it HER story Museum as a fun play on words. We want people to understand sports from a girls and women's perspective. We want to highlight the not so well known stories of women athletes as well as historical moments and achievements of teams and organizations supporting women in sports. As women's sports becomes more mainstream we are fortunate to hear about current women's sports stories but do not want to forget the women who blazed the trails. Our HERstory Virtual Museums seek to tell amazing tales of women and their sports journeys from past to present and inspire young girls to impact the future of women in sports!
